Wastewater

The wastewater collection system includes over 17 miles of sewers, several pumping stations including a 1.0 mgd main lift station, which brings the waste to the processing facility.

The wastewater collection system collected over 77 million gallons sewage in 2004.

Currently, over 600 homes and businesses are connected to sewers. Most new developments must include sewers or, in some instances, dry sewers installed in anticipation of future service.
